Responsible for purchasing all resort products from local and international suppliers, as well as maintaining control of sufficient stock for daily operations.Worked with the executive chefs to create cost effective menus for daily buffets and special a la carte menus for specialty restaurant.Created a new wine list increasing the selection by 50% in turn increasing sales by 150% from the previous year for the resort in the Bahamas.Lowered stock supplies in the resort allowing for better cash flow, on average having €50,000 less than previous years for Kanifinolhu in the Republic of the Maldives.
