• Responsibilities involved analyzing and writing engineering specifications for all ATT Metro programs (Adtran Channel Banks, Fiber/Ethernet/Coax Cabling, Optical Fiber Ring Builds). • Designated as Lead Engineer for Channel Banks and Cable Out programs and worked extensively with Alcatel-Lucent PM team, Installation and ATT customer to ensure quality delivery. • Engineered Cisco 15454 / Lucent DMX Optical Fiber Rings used for various commercial and ATT Backbone projects.• ATT NISE database work and creation of STS-1 facilities to DACS for service turn-up. • Project management and planning included consideration of all necessary infrastructure, grounding and intra-office power plant design for updates or replacement as necessary. • Designated as department mentor to cross-train new engineers in all ATT Metro Programs.
