As the Vice President at Forensic Drug & Alcohol Testing, a Veteran, Minority Owned, Small Business, I combine the daily responsibilities of many high level executive positions in a traditional larger corporate structure. The largest of these responsibilities is that of FD&AT's Chief Operating Officer. I manage all of the day to day operations of the company while overseeing the Director of Business Services and helping to identify and pursue new business opportunities. When potential opportunities are identified it is my responsibility to write both the technical and pricing portions of all competitive proposals. When successful it is my duty to engage in contract negotiations as well as approving all final contracts. As FD&AT's defacto Director of Quality Assurance/ Control I maintain daily communications with FD&AT's customers regarding their satisfaction with our services as well as with FD&AT's subcontractors to ensure they have all of the necessary information and materials to continue to provide our customers with high levels of service. I conduct daily reviews of company policies and procedures, updating and amending when necessary. I ensure that QA/C team provides all required and requested reports to customers in a timely manner. Also, as a part of my QA/C responsibilities I oversee FD&AT's training department which is responsible for continual refresher training of subcontractors throughout the country on a year round basis. I am also a certified trainer and personally train all of FD&AT's new collectors before allowing them to work on our contacts.
