IT Supporting ComputerMy name is Michael, I was born in 1988. There are 7 people in my family. I am the eldest among my sibling. I am a sprightly, generous, careful and responsible man, especially being adept at mediation and communication with people. Being aggressive, I can learn new things in a short time and carry out my job independently. By the way, I got married and I already had a daughter in July 2016 and a son in Aug 2019.I am currently work for ITTM company around 8 years, so it means I only study and use English in my work by 8 years. I don’t think I can speak English very well because I am not a native speaker but as my past working experience, my English is just enough for communication in jobs related.My job functions in those company are the IT system engineer.I am not only focus in IT infrastructure but also support our users to fix computer problems. Also, I have experienced to remote support the customers who located in out of my country. Just like Hong Kong, Laos, Australia and UK.I have ORACLE Certified Professsional license. For the storage, I am familiar file server maintenance and also have experience in Microsoft Exchange, Domain name and Backup Exceed to perform data backup. I have made the disaster recovery plan for my site in my past job.I have got good reputation in my job. I’m an IT Engineer at Imperial Tobacco Taiwan. There are 2 people in my department. We are solved problem for users about network, Cisco router, Exchange, Domain name, file server, FTP, MY SQL, QAD System and SAP.
