As an archivist I supervised two full time document scanners. Ensuring that our records were digitized in an orderly and timely fashion. I was responsible for making sure classified work, such as schematics for military installations, were disposed of in a secure manner. Following the successful completion of the digitization project I began working as a specifications coordinator for the firm. In that role I communicated with our consultants to ensure that their deliverables were on time and in the correct format. Upon reception of our consultant's deliverables I used Bluebeam software to compile them into a single comprehensive project manual. Additionally I managed the office wide BIM Schedule so that specifiers had advanced warning of upcoming projects. On top of these responsibilities I was often utilized to provide research on upcoming projects. For example I looked into how certain Historic Tax Credit Projects managed to receive funds from the National Park Service while making major design changes. My guidelines on this subject proved successful as the Design Development documents for the Charleston Naval Hospital Renovation, which includes the creation of a lightwell in what historically was an enclosed space, received NPS Historic Tax Credit review.

I worked under the supervision of director Jennifer McCormick cataloguing the Charleston Museum's rare books collection using Past Perfect software. I assisted in creating new exhibit spaces and onboarding volunteers.

I worked under the supervision of director Brenda Burke cataloguing a former deans papers. My efforts culminated in the creation of a searchable excel document that allowed faculty to easily locate desired materials.

I worked under the supervision of Deputy Tax Collector, Edrian Trakis. I used Lexis Nexis to identify delinquent tax payers and to find their current address. Additionally I would accompany Edrian into the field. There we would place notices on delinquent tax payers doors or automobiles.
