Spearheaded my own Twitch Bot project with a partner, creating pets for Twitch streamers with customizable commands and stream trigger events.Designed and implemented the product’s front-end with Bootstrap 4 and SASS.Conducted user story interviews with streamers to discover underlying user needs and goals which dictated product design.Lead a team of 4 graphic contractors to create product graphics and 45 pet characters using Kanban principles through Asana.Designed built-in virality loop based on the Hook Model from Nir Eyal to achieve over 13,000 streamer signups in 6 months and 1.3% paid user conversion rate.Lead community building efforts to achieve 1000 active Discord members at peak, 900 followers on Twitter, and 600 subscribers on Youtube.
