My job responsibility is to lead project managers, business analysts and development teams to provide application and system support delivering high quality IT services required by both internal and external users. I need to communicate and coordinate effectively with business users and application development teams to closely monitor all project activities and ensure projects are completed on time. Other duties include monitoring IT operations to ensure availability of web applications, managing issue escalations, resolution and support, preparation of system proposal, strategic planning and system maintenance.
