At this position I collect and code invoices from each vendor we purchase things from. After coding the invoices I then send delivery reports to the finance department so that each account can get charged accordingly. I also keep track of the money associated to each account and purchase order so that there’s enough money available for each purchase made.

At this position I worked closely with the community everyday. I built relationships with people who came to the park that I worked at and helped mentor kids. With the job I also had to coach a basketball team of youth players.
