1.Lead analyze of process problem, driving and coordinate with relate department for solution.2.Solve process problems using QC tools and PFMEA.3.Second analysis for RMA boards, make actions and tracking the effective.4.Receive the complaint and lead team dig out the root cause then reply 8D or CAR.5.Tracking and make weekly, monthly, quarterly quality report.

1.Lead all test of new model, include DVT, PVT. Coordinate with R&D to solve design problems.2.Planning ORT test, ready the test specification.3.Make SIP, PMP, and SPEC for plastic component, like keycap, cover and so on.4.Follow-up NPI, FMEA, FAI, and CPK measure5.Training QC about quality knowledge and special requirement from customer.
