As a CSM work to ensure proper licensing for all software on ACS domain and inform faculty and staff of needed updates and changes. Keeping abreast of new and changing laws and issues involving software compliance in an educational setting. Night Lab Manager for ACS labs and direct lab assistants to help maintain functionality in all night lab classes. Provides sterling customer service to all students, staff and faculty in the ACS labs to further enhance the educational experience for clients.
