WHS• Health & Safety Committee Meetings. • Secretary of Management Safety Meetings.• Site Safety Walks. • Training & Coaching employees on WHS via Toolbox Talks. • Monthly reporting of injuries.WorkCover Management• Initial accident management and WorkCover pay details. • Creating rehabilitation and RTW plans to ensure a prompt return to work. • Manage the RTW plan by meeting regularly with the employee and their respective manager. Learning & Development • Coordination of external training provided by an RTO. • Provide regular coaching, mentoring and advice to employees across the business. VISA Management • Completed applications for Chinese Z VISA. Information Technology • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite. • Knowledgeable in Time Management Suite (TMS) and Micropay Meridian• Experience using QAD.
