My Responsibilities and Functions as credit analyst.• Establishing SME’s portfolio from scratch based on internal resources like branches & districts mangers, external resources like commerce chambers, industries unions and governmental institutions. • Marketing and searching for customers to whom the CBE’s initiative finance SME’S applies.• Manageing client relationships through in depth understanding of their needs and strives towards being the preferred choice for the client, offering a complete and competitive package.• Analyze the financial statements then discuss the cases with the credit risk.• Read and analysis financial ratios.• Prepare credit memos.• Negotiate with different departments across the bank such as risk management , legal and admin.• Follow up with the credit admin department to activate the case.• Follows all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.• Track corporate customers’ inflows and outflows on daily basis and contact customers to seek information on reasons for unexpected behaviors to maintain better-quality service level and meet set budgets.• Seek and continuously develop knowledge and information about competitor activity, pricing and tactics and communicate this within division to keep ahead in the market• Executing and following up on customer withdrawals according to the authorized credit approval.• Follow-up of facilities accounts and rotation rates.

The Retail Relationship Banker will ensure the customer’s needs are achieved by conducting a thorough financial needs assessment and offering the most appropriate products and services that fulfills the customer’s immediate and future financial needs.• Opens new accounts, completes associated documentation and loads into the banking system.• Responsible for daily balancing requirements and updating investment records as appropriate.• Contributes to the promotion of the branch by preparing displays, coordinating and distributing promotional materials and organizing functions. • Develops and maintains relationships with new and existing clients in order to capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell products and services to existing and potential clients.• Completes new account documentation and loads into the banking system. • Undertakes proactive promotion to enhance the awareness and its products and services when dealing with clients.

The duties of a Collections Specialist include collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented collections department.Providing customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts- Customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos.Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department.Enlist the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process.Must communicate & follow up effectively with sales dept regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with dealers and sales.Processing monthly credit memos and the appropriate reporting High volume phone calls to assigned delinquent customers.Manage customers on the shutdown reportReconcile customer disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances that are due.
