As the designated subject matter expert in early warning & rehabilitation for SME and Commercial loans, my core function is to head the Remedial Management Department in the bank, managing a team of Remedial officers which handle the entire country. Aside from this, I had personally set up the portfolio review process in the bank, a periodical exercise which continues to be conducted today in various economic, political and social environments. Additionally, I am the designated trainer for new onboarders on the process of early warning signs and how to manage problematic accounts. I am also regularly consulted on the bank's leading rehabilitation and early warning processes.
