Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide client data services and support on MBT's Central Procurement Management (CPM) system to Group Purchasing Department (GPD) within Shangri-la Hotels and Resorts Group.- Assist client in data cleanups for MBT's Supply Chain Management System (SCM) migration projects.Client data services includes but not limited to the following:o Perform CPM Data Checks (ensure purchasing history records sync from sites to CPM, make sure all data up to CPM are on time and accurate)o Ensure daily client item and supplier request files sync up to CPM and export the approved/rejected item and supplier requests back to hotels via Web drive/SFTP- Troubleshoot various problems related to data syncing between CPM and hotel systems- Ad hoc tasks such as exporting various CPM reports as required by Shangri-La Hotels GPD team, reporting any system bugs or issues found to dev team for fixing

Marikina

Duties and Responsibilities- Plans and manages SAP and non-SAP application assessments and requirements activities.- Conducts system testing and UATs to ensure requirements are met.- Maintains and updates operational support documentations.- Works with customers to identify further needs.- Supports operations users on SAP and non-SAP applications and processes. Accomplishments:SAP-related- Performed the role of a Program One (PMFTC’s SAP ERP System) Subject Matter Expert (SME) during the integration phase of Fortune Tobacco Corporation and Philip Morris Inc. last October 2010.- Acquired SAP knowledge and skills under minimal guidance from supervisors.- Conducted SAP trainings to new SAP users from various departments which led to successful implementation of Program One in PMFTC Marikina.- Assisted in monthly inventory counts of PMFTC offsite/onsite warehouses and manufacturing plants.- Participated in the SAP R/3 4.7 to SAP ECC 6 version upgrade- Conducted functional and security tests with users to ensure a smooth upgrade of the SAP system.- Worked hand in hand with our global affiliates on the upgrade processes and cutover verification checks.- Was involved in the project team in carrying out Program One Phase 2 implementation in PMFTC Marikina last 2011 (implementation of process orders in manufacturing plants)- Coordinated with our global SAP support team called Service Delivery Center (SDC) on various SAP processes to deliver project requirements.- Supported various end-users on SAP-related issues particularly in SAP Logistics and Production Execution. Non-SAP applications- Initiated the implementation of Floor Quality Audit (FQA) system to monitor various specifications of cigarettes on PMFTC Batangas production floor.- Delivered a system called Cigarette Manufacturing Production System (CMPS) for PMFTC Marikina to monitor production outputs and machine KPIs.

Marikina

- Modified inventory management programs written in FoxPro- Developed and maintained Modern Trade Management System (MTMS), written in Visual Basic, a system used by Fortune Tobacco Corporation sales and marketing division to monitor and maintain sales transactions of the company- Worked hand in hand with systems implementers in delivering on time and error-free systems to customers.
