I have worked in Emerson Network Power(ENPC). At that time I am a hardware engineer of power supply. I focused on the new energy five years ago. And I try my best to research new energy application. Until now, I think I have the ability to finish a project successfully. For example, I finished the 500KW solar inverter, 125KW three-Level solar inverter, E-car power inverter system etc. I have attended the training of Infineon's IGBT in Germany, the training of CONCEPT's IGBT gate driver in Swiss and the training of AVAGO's optocoupler in Singapore. At present, the working language of the company is English. I have provided English technical training for the team many times. I am good at EMC, thermal design, safety design, IGBT application, small signal model analysis, power simulation, control loop simulation etc.I am good at speech in steady, humorous and interesting style. Its feature is one gate driver to drive four IGBT to realize the cost down. There are three engineer, one structural engineer, one laboratory assistant and me. My duty is to lead engineers to realize all the circuit, adjust the gate drive, finish the structural design, finish the EMC analysis and thermal analysis. At last all the performance meet our requirement. Now several customer want to buy our inverter, including NanJing GuanYa(Solar Energy), NanJing GaoChuan(Wind Power) etc. The 125KW Three-Level Three-Phase Solar Inverter Power System Design. Its feature is the output of Three-Level inverter have few harmonic. The line voltage is similar with the sine waveform. And the more the frequency of switch, the more efficiency and less cost. It’s a new bright-future technology. There are only four engineers including me, one structural engineer, two laboratory assistant and me. It have taken my 8 months to finish all design, including gate drive, adaptor board, gate driver power supply, interface board, busbar design, EMC analysis, thermal analysis.
