▪ Developed and controlled processes for the manufacturing of thin film X-ray windows.▪ Key contributor in designing new X-ray window products from conception to product launch and long term support. Carried out full product qualification testing. Developed processes for manufacturing and put in place Statistical Process Controls (SPC) for monitoring quality and process stability. ▪ Designed and manufactured tooling and fixturing for many of the processes. Solidworks 3D design and full professional drawing packages for machinable components using industry standards such as GD&T.
