Additionally, I manage operational expenditure (OpEx) planning, peak time readiness (also known as 'holiday readiness'), business continuity, and disaster recovery planning, along with other tasks typical for technical organizations of this scale.Our standard technology stack includes real-time event acquisition pipelines built with Akka (Scala) or Spring (Java), and analytical pipelines using Spark Batch and Spark Streaming within a Lambda architecture. For big data storage, we utilize Hadoop/Parquet, Druid, and Teradata. Kafka is employed for data transfer, and our analytical and management front-ends are developed using React.js.My largest platform, Tracking, handles a massive volume of 30-50 billion events daily, with rapid growth observed – the volume has been doubling year-over-year for the past four years.
