Assisted clients of Data Ten, then Systemhouse, for various services.Technical representative for Data Ten, to a major client. Instituted programming and production standards, upgraded update procedures and programs, and DASD management on over thirty 3380 disk drives.Did ad hoc reporting, in QUIKJOB, for major financial institution, as well as, maintained accumulating G/L file of financial data that was used in the reporting.Continuing changes and maintenance on Data Ten's own billing and Invoicing system.Wrote Command Level COBOL program as a on-line interface between the mainframe computer, and a remote home debit ATM card reader.General training and assistance to customers and staff.Involved in the writing of approximately 200 COBOL, and over 1,000 QUIKJOB programs during this period.
