Roles and Responsibilities:• Drive China Mobile to update its acoustic test spec according to our recommended test methods and strict requirements, in order to force more OEMs to adopt our advanced noise suppression solution.• Cooperate with CTTL to work out Chinese industry standard of noise suppression; improve the influence and attention of audio quality in China telecommunication industry; raise the awareness of our company.Results and Achievements:• China Mobile released its acoustic test spec based on our recommendations. CMRI built its audio lab with our support, which could implement our recommended test cases. Made a joint demo on CMCC’s booth in MAE, which showed our advanced noise suppression technology applied in VoLTE. China Mobile drafted its VoLTE acoustic test spec with our support. More design-wins including ZTE, Meizu, Yulong.• Co-worked with CTTL to complete the first Chinese industry standard of noise suppression. The acoustic industry standard (YD/T 1538) was updated according to our recommendations. Audience as charter member, together with ZTE, Nuance, Baidu and AutoNavi, founded Smart Voice Alliance in China.

Roles and Responsibilities:• Build / maintain relations with China Mobile and China Telecom, collect product requirements from operators, promote products and solutions to ensure operators’ requirements are aligned with our product offering, secure our products pass operators’ certification test. Win bidding projects to get more market share or funding support from operators.Results and Achievements:• China Mobile: Won TD chipset joint development funding project (Got US$20M fund from CMCC, No. 1 market share 45% in chipset vendors). Supported terminal vendors to win CMCC central purchasing bidding (Kept TD modem chipset No. 1 market share >50% in Y2009 to Y2010).• China Telecom: Built good relationship with Research Institute and Terminal Company from zero. Constructed regular workshops and mgmt communications. Achieved a perfect start for further cooperation.

Roles and Responsibilities:• Develop TD terminal portfolio via communication with operators, platform developers and R&D. Complete product planning and product launch, get operator’s acceptance. Support sales in China market development.Results and Achievements:• Won CMCC central purchasing bidding, obtain 14% market share in pre-commercial market.
