-Represents DTIT PH PS in the countries and sites of APAC and is accountable for coordinating the local implementation of the PH PS Digital & IT Strategy and portfolio. -Responsible for implementing the digital agenda in those functions in conjunction with the business, and driving the Digital Transformation (DT) and data driven approaches together with the business. -Acts as a trusted advisor and contact for IT for the sites in APAC, ensuring the adequate provision of technology enabled business capabilities. This includes accountability for addressing IT service issues and escalations within the supplier landscape and ensuring adequate SLA definitions.-Portfolio owner of all local and regional IT systems and digital products in the countries and sites of APAC and is accountable for the adherence to Bayer and PH security and quality requirements, and architecture principles for these systems while guaranteeing the full performance and connectivity of the existing systems in all Pharma sites. -Coordinates the Manufacturing IT team at the sites of APAC and develops the manufacturing IT capabilities in order to safeguard the operational effectiveness of the sites.

In charge of requirement analysis, business process standardization,solution design and team management.-Half year assignment to US for Lenovo Canada release.
