Responsibilities included:- Creation and Implementation of an end to end logistics system beginning with receipt of project brief through billing and receivables of sales orders.- Maintain, Improve and Develop the existing China factory base.- Sourcing of newer and better partnerships in China.- Management of China team (5 direct reports).

Choosen to lead the operational expansion of the start-up, Zorbit Resources (now Maesa). Achievements include:- Teaching the existing factory base of 3 the needs, wants and musts of the personal care industry. Outlining expectations and the level of service necessary to support our client base.- Evaluate the existing talent base of the China team and formulate a candidate search in China to grow the size of the team.- Identifying new, state of the art facilities in China that we could partner with in growing the business. Added 12 additional factories bringing the total base to 15.- Train both the US and the China team in paperboard box development (fabric and paper wrapped) and print development.- Package development of any co-branded opportunities for full cosmetic or personal care lines.

Responsible for all packaging and purchasing needs.- Initiated project briefs and provide engineering and development support.- Supplier selection.- Negotiated contracts, pricing and timelines.- Cost savings initiatives resulting in yearly reductions of 10%+ on spend.- Implemented a PPV system to manage cost/budget against price fluctuations. - Signoffs on all purchase orders issued.- Launched 3 full brands/lines.- Launched up to 30 new products a year.

Responsible for the sourcing and development for glass jars and bottles, tubes (laminate and extruded), plastics (injection and blow mold) and metal.Please note that Gryphon, VSB and BBW are all part of the Limited Brands. Responsible for ALL soft goods including:- Paperboard Boxes- Folding Cartons- Labels- Spiral Wound Tubes- Pouches and BagsRepresenting $40mm of Annual Spend.

Responsible for plastic bottles, tubes and pumps for both BBW, VSB and A&F brands. Representing $50mm of Annual Spend.
