• Responsible for ensuring environmental compliance for the facility including but not limited to: Sara Title III, air emissions, wastewater discharges, drinking water compliance, hazardous waste and solid waste disposal and reduction, underground storage tank , asbestos and PCB management.• Identify areas of non-compliance and implement and oversee corrective actions.• Conduct and oversee environmental audits of the facility. • Verify purchased chemicals are handled and disposed of properly.• Contact State and Federal regulatory agencies regarding environmental compliance. Maintain records of environmental compliance with Federal, State, Local and Corporate agencies.• Supervisor of wastewater treatment plant lab.• Manage landspreading of biosolids. • Facility Coordinator of Emergency Response Team (ERT) including maintaining Emergency Response Plan, training, staffing, and equipment maintenance

• Duties included analyzing effluent and influent wastewater for the following parameters: Ammonia, Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD), Total Suspended Solids, Chlorides, Nitrates, pH, Dissolved Oxygen, Oil & Grease, Volatile Solids, and Phosphorous. • Completed monthly Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for submittal to the Department of Natural Resources (DNR).• Monitoring quality assurance and completing quality control data under DNR Code NR149• Ordering Supplies and chemicals, updating and revising testing procedures according to Standard Methods of Water and Wastewater and EPA protocols.• Calibrated test equipment• Updated facility wide MSDS system, practiced lab safety and served as backup to the Environmental Coordinator
