Dispatcher (Receiving both Emergency and Non-Emergency Calls, Dispatching both ambulance and Wheel Chair Vans to transport customers, use a computer to log all information on all of the activities of all the units that are running, punch employees in and out on time sheets, answer any and all calls that come in on call company phones, Use of a C.A.D. System, Use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access), Sorting and filing all paperwork provided by the Ambulance or Vans that are running that day.)Head Dispatcher (Supervise and maintain the workings of the dispatch office in accordance with the company rules and guidelines , Implement all new rules and guidelines set down by the Dispatch Supervisor, also this position in tails me to act as the Dispatch Supervisor if he or she cannot be reached.Wheel Chair Van Driver (Safely Transport a customer in a timely manner to his or her location as directed by the on duty dispatcher, maintain van assigned to me for the day (Wash, Clean out the van, Check all fluids and fill it necessary)Payroll assistant (Assist with payroll clerk with calculating times for payroll and double checking all clock in and out paperwork with computer entries, Assisting payroll clerk with any errors that may pop up in the system including checking the formulas in the computer spreadsheets we use and fixing any calculation problems.)IT Department (set up and maintain anything to do with computers or computer equipment including but not limited to installation of operating systems, set up of network wired and Wi-Fi, installation of any printers scanners or new equipment for any computer that is used for the company, setting up new employees with user accounts for their roaming desktops, Diagnosing and solving any computer issue that arises)
