Responsible for the design, implementation and management of the newly created All Covered Customer Success (Enterprise Accounts) organization. Leader of a group of executive managers driving service delivery alignment and quality of contracted services, expansion of services, delivering project services, client retention, and profitability across All Covered's largest clients representing nearly 50% of the company's monthly recurring revenue.

Responsible for leading the net new sales, client engagement, and operational teams for the Great Lakes Region.

Responsibilities included managing a global sales team and all aspects of enterprise-level IT service engagements that included: 1) End User Support Services; 2) Application Management Services (Lifecycle and Custom Development); 3) ERP Implementation Services – primarily SAP; and 4) ITSM and ITIL Advisory Services.

Leader of the Customer Care Center of Excellence (CoE) consisting of a team of General Managers, IT Project Managers all of which focused on the rapid improvement of strategic business unit operational performance and profitability across 90 delivery centers.

Responsible for the day-to-day management of Canadian operations that delivered Help Desk support to over 50 premier technology businesses (Dell, Microsoft, Apple, e-Bay, etc.). Additional responsibilities include managing support operations (Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Recruiting, Training, Subsidies, Marketing, and Facilities) for 5 contact centers.

Leader of the launch of Kelly Management Services international expansion initiative from setting the strategic sales plan to operational execution of solutions.

Promoted from Finance Controller to Director Operations & Service Delivery of Kelly Management Services - a specialized business unit of Kelly Services that delivers consulting and outsourcing solutions. Drove the sales strategy, solution design, implementation, and execution of all client engagements.

o Prepared Profit & Loss statements, budgets, forecasts, and managed all financial aspects of Kelly’s BPO Division.o Led of team of four Business Analsysts in the monthly reconciliation of Kelly’s payroll accounts and more.
