I have worked with many different teams and see that our differences is our strength. And that a good team is allowed to be self organized as that is the key to being productive! Trust in the people you work with is always a necessity for good collaboration and is only achieved through honest transparency. New tech is something of my passion and hobby. I've always loved to build stuff, or learn about new things. Everything that moved or rotate was amazing when I was a kid! and still is today, but on a different level! I never want to stop learning new sides of myself, both professionally and as a person. Me working with R&D during the past years has left me wanting more, and it is in this field I see myself in the future and also where I currently work.
