Employee Relations and Administration- Devising and maintaining office system and preparing employee 201 files.- Facilitate the approval of Employee Change Forms, Employee Application Form Requests and Letter Requests.- Drafting letters such as NOC, Bank letters, Embassy letters, Disciplinary letters and Termination letters as requested. - Keep the HR system updated and secure information by completing database backups.- Dealing with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail some work related-employee inquiry for HR department.- Coordinating and Handling for Medical Insurance additions & deletions for all the employees in terms of their documents & communicate to the Medical Provider.- Coordinating with all employees for the Goal settings and Performance Appraisals submissions.- Assisting with end of service benefits and repatriation of staff. Recruitment:- Facilitate the full cycle of recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units whilst making sure that business objectives are met thru company policies and procedures.- Partner with hiring managers to get a clear view on the strategic objectives and hiring needs. - Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy. Map role criteria, track and identify prospective candidates using variety of channels.- Screen candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility. - Communicates to all departments’ heads in submitting pre- screened candidates until completion of the requirements.- Administer appropriate company assessments.- Negotiate salary with the candidates and create offer letters.- Gather all necessary documents for visa processing and submit it to PRO.- Do the request of workstation and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process.- Generate employee creation through the HRIS system.
