It also requires me to be very active in listening, managing time as well as achieving target.My favorite quote from the game is "Do you want to have a drink with me - Eudora"Core Responsibilities:- Responsible for the full sets of accounts for the Indonesia branch, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely, accurate and updated manner.- Maintaining and filing of all financial records & documentation;- Manage the monthly closing & reporting;- Prepare accounting schedules, reconciliation of accounts;- Liaise with ops for supplier invoice approval & tax invoice issuance;- Able to liaise with various departments and understand the accounting impact on the contract signed with client/vendors;- Prepare and submit VAT, PPH;- Assist in preparing CIT;- Assist in year end audit.

Handling Finance operation for 3 companies. Provide annual forecast and budget controls focusing on P&L and cash flows, manage purchasing and payable process, manage invoicing process, controls month-end closing, i.e. revenue accounting, expense accounting, reconciliations and financial reporting.

• Review all accounting procedures and recommend improvements.• Address financial issues and inquiries in a timely manner.• Check arithmetic accuracy and invoices, assist in reconciling the weekly purchase log
• Prepare daily cash flow reports and register all outstanding payment records.• Perform month end closing activities such as revenue accounting, expense accounting, account reconciliation, etc.• Manage account payable activities

-Taking care of the day-to-day operations of the funds/corporate clients and following up with third parties, including investors and clients.-Keeping the funds/corporate clients books and preparing the periodic funds valuations (Net Asset Value), year-end financial statements, monthly reporting deliverables and any other funds/corporate related reporting.-Assisting in the coordination of year-end audits.-Assisting in the organisation of board meetings and shareholders’ meetings.-Preparing periodic tax and GST returns and maintaining relevant contact with tax advisers.-Acting as a contact person between shareholders, investment managers, and custodian banks for resolution of any issues that may arise.
