Though I am just beginning my career path and might be in a low-level position, I work every day as if my work is the most important in the company. These are characteristics that are showcased in the work that I do and the interactions that I have with customers. Additionally, I am very much a people person. Whether in a professional environment or a personal environment, I enjoy speaking with people, helping with their problems, and being an ear to listen. While I may not be making a big impact in my company as a whole, I am a direct face of UMB to the customers I interact with, and the impression that I leave them with is impactful within itself.
