I am a driven and dedicated individual who enjoys tackling challenging tasks. I am passionate about researching, analysing, and presenting economic data to provide others with a clear understanding of global and domestic economies.I currently work as an Economic Analyst at Econometrix (Pty) Ltd. My daily tasks include researching, analysing and charting data, writing and editing reports. As a recent graduate from the University of Stellenbosch with a focus on Public Economics, I am particularly interested in analysing the political economy of South Africa. My research project focused on the impact of the Old Age Grant on elderly female-headed households in South Africa. The study aimed to investigate the effects of social grants in developing countries on marginalised individuals and contribute towards policy improvement in South Africa.In my free time, I enjoy long runs and drinking strong coffee. My hobbies include cooking, reading, and culinary experiences.
