- Developed 2 seniors’ programs, funded by the Hamilton Community and Ontario Trillium Foundations, to increase seniors’ technology use and mental wellness in the Hamilton and Halton regions - Built partnerships with senior-serving organizations, developed workshop curriculum, composed project timelines and created promotional materials to ensure program.

- Met with 12 students per week to edit and provide assistance with writing assignments in a second year undergraduate course (PNB 2XD3, Integrative PNB Through Scientific Writing)- Documented students’ progress to communicate advancements overtime and better troubleshoot consistent writing errors- Created and developed prerecorded video presentation on.

- Conducted an independent research study under the supervision of Dr. Tara Marshall to assess whether an intervention aimed at enhancing university students’ social identities would increase well-being in a sample of 350+ undergraduates during the COVID-19 pandemic- Familiarized with ethical principles and guidelines such as the Tri-Council Policy.

- Collaborated with team to organize and execute academic and social events for 90+ students in McMaster’s PNB Mental Health program, including a First Year Q&A and study sessions for psychology and neuroscience courses- Organizer of a Wellness Event with 2 academic societies to encourage candid discourse on mental health during COVID-19Subcommittee Member.

- Used ABA to teach functional skills to a client with intellectual disability 3 times per week, increasing client performance in 3 skills by up to 87% from baseline- Kept a diligent weekly log of client progress to demonstrate effectiveness of ABA techniques and evidence skill acquisition- Supported needs of client to better manage emotions, day-to-day.
