I am a solicitor in the Litigation and Disputes Resolution team at Glaister Ennor, and advise clients on a wide range of Family Law matters. With over 14 years’ experience, I pride myself on delivering compassionate, real-world guidance that allows my clients to make well-informed decisions, in what is often a difficult and stressful time in their lives. As a specialist in Family Law, my practice includes the division of relationship property in varied and complex ownership structures, including claims on trusts. My background in Civil Litigation has given me a greater depth of understanding of commercial ventures within a relationship, allowing me to provide commercially-savvy, thoughtful and future-proofed advice. I am a strong advocate, and determined to find the best solution for my clients, whether that be through negotiation, mediation or through the courts. My recent work includes estate litigation, relationship property division, and parenting and guardianship matters. I studied Law at Victoria University of Wellington, where I also completed a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration degree. I have worked in a wide range of practice areas, including Commercial Litigation, Competition, Resource Management, and Family and Trust matters. This experience has seen me work for private firms, crown entities, and government departments in New Zealand and overseas.I am also passionate about rugby, serving as both a team manager and on the management committee of the Ponsonby Rugby Club, as well as being the Senior Auckland Rugby Union Delegate for the club.
