Area Operations Support Manager performs the below functions.o Support local area initiativeso Deploy Enterprise and local initiativeso Support the month end process and monitor operational reports and drive corrective action at the transactional level.o User trainingo Identify process gaps and work with the global operational process lead on the resolution. Ultimately, lead the implementation in the area of the functionalityo Identify system gaps and support the global operational process lead for putting together the Business Requirement Document for EIT. Ultimately, lead the implementation in the area of the functionality.• System functionality deployment:o Support in testing new functionalityo Support in training new releases and functionality• Master data: support in the set up and maintenance of the master data within the area:o Clientso Vendorso Locationso Rateso Other• Client implementation support:o Support large client implémentations: Master data set up Edi set ups, testing and trainingo CSOP (create, maintain and implement)• Continuous improvement: support the Area Leader in attaining the productivity targets. This would be done via a Continuous Improvement Pipeline.• Manage all tickets raised by the relevant Area being managed by the Area Operation Support Manager.

- manage an account at the regional operations level with a focus on problem solving and issue resolution through data analysis and customer service - collaborate globally and cross-functionally to ensure that customer requirements (Key Performance Indicators / Client & Strategic Objectives) and Internal UTi Performance Metrics (P&L, Operational Efficiency, Timely Billing, Continuous Improvement) are being met by operations in the defined areas of - Support driving change into operations, and provide ideas & proposals based on data analysis and operational knowledge. Engage appropriate support resources (Quality & Continuous Improvement Team, Supply Chain Solution/Consultants). Seek out, utilize, and share best practices and lessons learned

- Assist with the establishment/improvement of policies, procedures and processes under which the VQi Network will operate, especially in the area of data maintenance and client on-boarding activities- Manage ongoing client data maintenance of VQi Network and coordinate these operational activities with those in other regions- Work with other regional VQi Network Data as necessary to resolve anyy client data issues- Ensure that the VQi Network operates in accordance with its defined policies, procedures, processes and authorities- Participate in UTi´s account management process for assigned clients and create/run necessarily reports to assist in that effort- Provide best practice and improvement information to appropriate training resources to communicate across broader UTi organization

- Ensure that the VQi Netowrk operates in accordance with its defined policies, procedures, processes and authorities- Manage ongoing client data maintenance of VQi Network clie- During initial set-up, responsible for “cleaning” client regional data including gathering CMF, determining what data is correct and updating client information as necessary- Screen regioanl CMF for accuracy and compliance to prescribed formats- Fix day-to-day issues which surface throught uTrac/eMpower applications- Work to improve processes around initial loading and maintenance of client data- Communicate technical issues with other members of client teams- Ability to work under parameters of a technical change control process
