Responsible for outsourced HR services to Full Circle HR, with a concentration on client communication and feedback throughout the client/consultant relationship. Serving as the link between client management and client employees by handling questions and interpreting problems to find resolutions for work-related issues.Overseeing all HR management of clients by implementing human resources policies and activities such as employment, compensation, benefits, trainings, employee relations, labor relations, and communications for the client.

Experience managing a pipeline for multiple Loan Originators from application to closing, with a main focus on collecting appropriate documentation for an underwriting decision, ordering appraisals, and legal work. Serving as the direct contact to keep the customer updated through each step of the process. Experience with managing 100+ loans during peak volume.
