Coordinate various student engagement programs including craft nights and late-night events.Advise student boards including the Distinguished Speakers Board and Program Council. Serve as a liaison for various Recognized Student Organizations focused on recreation and wellness. Supervise student employees, providing support throughout program planning and professional development journeys. Collaborate with the Center for Student Involvement team and campus partners to foster student sense of belonging by creating engaging, safe, and inclusive environments for CU Boulder students.

Supervise a team of up to 20 undergraduate peer educators to ensure successful team building, schedule coordination, and completion of learning goals.Coordinate and facilitate active bystander intervention training required of all 1,800+ first-year and transfer undergraduate students, resulting in greater student preparedness for campus environments.Collaborate with professional staff members to coordinate successful program development and execution that aligns with department strategic goals and learning outcomes, serving up to 400 students.Advise student employees to foster enriching program development experiences and ensure personal and professional development.
