Working within the Sky Talk Billing Team my responsibilities were to deal with the reconciliation of all billing activities for Sky’s Communications Portfolio, which expanded to Mobile and Now TV customers. This involves looking at rating of calls, ensuring calls are guided to the correct tariff as well as performing system reconciliation.• Insight reporting on billing trends in telephony products;• Investigating billing discrepancies between billed and actual usage of telephony services;• Co-ordinating customer fixes for billing issues and ensuring a speedy resolution;• Providing training and integrating new processes into the wider team;• Providing data and analysis on billing trends and potential billing issues;• Providing insight for external and internal communication;• Subject Matter Expert for telephony and mobile related matters;• System reconciliation for Sky Talk and provisioning issues, involving partial churn;

Working within the PCI Governance Team my responsibilities were to assist the with all compliance matters within the UKIS technology department, particularly around the annual PCI audit. • Working alongside I.S.
