As a Senior Claims Executive and long-standing employee of BQI, I have gained a wealth of experience in the claims sector over the years and love nothing more than building strong relationships with the people I work with on a day to day basis. I'm a dedicated and hardworking individual by nature who strives for nothing but the best possible result for my clients on each and every occasion, offering a professional yet approachable service throughout.I have the ability to work in a high-pressured environment whether that be individually or as part of a team, and regularly act as a referral point for my fellow colleagues and teammates. I work on a variety of claims that vary in severity; from major losses that have seen 7 figure settlements, to minor incidents that have been resolved within weeks. However, my focus is to offer a standard of service that far exceeds customer expectations no matter the nature or severity of the claim.Being in the construction claims industry I deal with many policy types on a day to day basis, the majority being Employers and Public Liability, Motor Fleet, Haulage, Contractors Owned and Hired In Plant and Property Owners. I also deal with Contract Works, Professional Indemnity, Contractors Combined, Buildings & Contents, Legal Expenses and Goods in Transit policies. Alongside my role as a Senior Claims Executive, I am also recognised for my writing and online creator abilities and have recently taken over the handling of our company media and marketing. I have always been passionate about writing having previously owned my own blog for many years, so to be able to incorporate this into my role at BQI has been hugely motivating for me.
