At the heart of my work is the magic that emerges from the intersection of wisdom and innovation. My journey into intergenerational communication began during my undergraduate studies in sociology, where I specialized in social psychology and cognitive sociology. I became fascinated by the ways different generations interact and how generational divides can lead to communication breakdowns, especially in the workplace. My background in analyzing group behavior and social dynamics, combined with my own personal experiences, made me realize that I could help bridge these divides by providing the tools needed to manage conflict and foster understanding.At the same time, I was navigating my own personal struggles with neurodivergence and mental health. After years of seeking different therapies with little success, I found healing through emotional regulation strategies that reshaped how I viewed relationships, both with myself and others. This personal transformation reinforced my belief that empathy is the key to building stronger connections. The same emotional regulation and communication techniques that helped me heal became the foundation for my work in helping others—particularly in environments where different generations struggle to connect.Empatheia Consulting was born out of my desire to bridge these communication gaps. I design workshops that focus on fostering empathy, understanding, and effective communication between generations. My approach helps individuals see beyond stereotypes and recognize the unique strengths that each generation brings. By embracing both the wisdom of experience and the innovative ideas of younger generations, I guide teams toward more cohesive and inclusive work environments.
