With a strong focus on Chapter 11 cases, I guide clients through the complexities of both traditional and pre-negotiated bankruptcy proceedings. During my career, I have handled plan negotiations, asset sales, debtor-in-possession financing, leases and executory contracts, preference and fraudulent transfer matters and bankruptcy appeals.Clients value my depth of experience and business-oriented approach. I frequently represent debtors, creditors, and Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 trustees, dealing with insolvency matters of varying complexity. My experience spans various sectors, including retail, telecommunications, manufacturing and energy, enabling me to cater to the unique needs of diverse range of clients.Before my current role, I served as a law clerk to the Honorable Barbara J. Houser of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. This opportunity allowed me to work closely with bankruptcy judges in Texas and beyond.
