I manage the sales of the store including driving sign ups for the store's loyalty program and credit card. I also work to train new staff members to sell products and gain product knowledge. I partner with brands in store and plan their branded sales events in store. to help drive traffic and sales, I advertise the event in the store's Instagram page and set up a branded display at the front of the store. I also merchandise around the sales floor to add impulse purchases from the brand in high traffic areas of the store.

I ran sales at the front end of the store, driving customer loyalty, credit card applications, sale add ons such as the power tool replacement plans, and managed over 50 associates to make sales goals. I also ran the specialty and customer services departments where I was in charge of the book and physical for the business. This included reaching out to contractors and delivery companies to help order arrive on time to customer's homes. I also helped to get home improvement projects completed and drove sales for the store. I also was the head of the associate appreciation events where I planned events for over 400 employees and their families.
