Recreational Coach - Work with Elementary-Middle School aged gymnasts to continue their skill progressions, build their strength, and increase their confidence in their abilities- Work with all levels of school aged recreational classes from Beginners through Advanced including Tumbling and Individual Skill LessonsDevelopmental Team Coach- Teach Compulsory Levels 2 and 3 routines to prepare gymnasts for competition- Help the gymnasts increase their body-control, skill progressions, and develop a healthy individual outlook in the gym in relation to both their successes and their struggles- Maintain a healthy training environment for gymnasts of all ages and skill levels via communication, education, and individual connections with each gymnast- Prepare athletes for the stresses, memorization, and teamwork required on a competition squadXcel Team Coach- Work with Silver, Gold, and Platinum level athletes to build strength, increase confidence, and grow as both gymnasts and people- Help choreograph routines that meet the standards set for competition

-Work with children ages 1-14 to improve gymnastics related skills. Children aged 1-4 work on basic motor skills and simple gymnastics motions. Children aged 4-10 work on simple gymnastics skills as well as basic compulsory routines. Children aged 10-14 work on compulsory competition routines.-Help organize and host in-house competitions, including but not limited to competition and warm-up timing, competition scoring, and judging fun style meets.
