• Final Inspection and test all Laser Systems including Services and Demo’s• Update and maintain QC Records• Produce Certificate of Conformity for all Laser Systems • Product release• Resolution of FQC failures (liaising with Lead Engineers and Product Managers to ensure timely resolution)• Maintaining Non-conformance database to reflect FQC performance• Product finalisation and preparation of systems for dispatch• Goods despatch including packing and despatch of laser systems• Shipping and compliance paperwork (invoices, delivery notes etc)• Booking of freight services / communication with couriers and customers• Maintenance of production, service and shipping spreadsheets and Laser folders• Obtain proof of collection & Air waybill for FCA shipments
