I've spent over 9 years working in the advertising and media industry. I never thought I would say this. I come from a small town in Germany, completed an apprenticeship and went travelling. Little did I know, those journeys would become my real education, teaching me life lessons that essentially led me to where I am today.At the age of 22, I saved up and took a leap of faith, boarding a plane to the other side of the world (Australia), where I didn't fully speak the language. I immersed myself in the local culture and learned the lingo. Within just one year, I had moved to yet another country (New Zealand) and landed what I considered a "real" job in customer services, now proudly bilingual. Fast forward to 2015, after making some incredible experiences working with Emirates & FIFA during the 2014 World Cup, I landed a job at MediaCom in Manchester. Swiftly climbing the ladder, I joined the Marketing & New Biz team, being managed by no other than Katy Leeson (what an honour!). In 2019, an exciting opportunity knocked when Dom McGregor reached out, leading me to become a Senior Brand Manager at one of the most thrilling social agencies - Social Chain.Working on amazing brands like instax, Panasonic, Arla Dairy, General Mills, GHD, monday.com and Ancestry etc. collaborating with a team of exceptionally talented individuals on world-class campaigns. These experiences have left me with unforgettable memories and valuable lessons, propelling me towards new challenges and growth opportunities. Excited for what's to come.
