I am a dedicated and effective Coordinator with more than fifteen years of experience working in the public sector. In working as a security coordinator, I honed my skills in making decisions under pressure, applying policy to strategy, and continuously improving processes. I am also an adept communicator and technical writer with experience liaising with law enforcement officials, local and federal; labor union representatives, local and national; and disparate stakeholders, internal and external.I currently coordinate the arbitration program for the National Railroad Adjustment Board (NRAB) of the National Mediation Board (NMB). As an Arbitration Program Specialist, I am a discerning program supporter and analyzer, dedicated to ensuring the agency’s standards are maintained and its mission is achieved. I maintain the docket of the largest division and guide claims from initiation to final disposition.
