• Payment collection: effectively collaborate with the insurance payer team to properly and efficiently bill patient accounts by resolving billing mistakes for billing collection.
• Error resolve: work closely with the Medical Coding Department to resolve claim edits and errors on patient accounts.
• HIPPA Practice: complete training and maintain patient confidentiality throughout every aspect of work completed.
