I’m a 3 year qualified solicitor with over 9 years of experience in the legal industry, but what truly drives me is challenging the status quo of toxic corporate cultures. I have witnessed firsthand how systemic issues - from poor management/training to unconscious bias - can breed burnout, poor mental health, and unhealthy power dynamics. I am therefore passionate about promoting environments where collaboration, respect and showing up as your authentic self is encouraged rather than ones where fear and hierarchy dictate the daily grind. As a solicitor I specialise in corporate legal, governance and compliance as well as commercial litigation, but my real interest lies in tackling the underlying toxic behaviours that so often cripple productivity and morale in the workplace.
