Planeringssekreterare på fritidsförvaltningen - avdelningen Förening, Idrott och Evenemang. Som planeringssekreterare på föreningsenheten och tidigare även avdelningen kansli och omvärld har jag arbetat med projektledning och utveckling av föreningslivet i Malmö där mina specifika uppdrag har varit att utreda förvaltningens stöd till föreningslivet i Malmö, att utvärdera och ta fram förslag på nya bidrag och bidragsformer, ansvara för gratis terminsaktiviteter via Kul i Malmö och utbildning i Bidragsbestämmelser till föreningar. Vidare har jag ansvarat för utveckling av regelverket kring bidragsgivning, rapportskrivning, arbete med barnrättsperspektiv och granskning av föreningshandlingar. Jag har också varit involverad i det operativa arbete kring undersökningen Ung Livsstil. I vårt arbete jobbar vi med statistik, dialogprocesser och direkt kontakt med föreningslivet för att ge det bästa stödet.

Projektledare för Skurups Hjältar:Skurups Hjältar is a social project which aims to increase employability of young people who, for various reasons, are far from the job market. We do so through creating platforms that contribute to the local development, and where the young people can build their social networks and gain self-confidence. A big and very important part of the project is to involve local organisations and businesses so the social inclusion of the inhabitants becomes a mutual process.

S.A.Y. (Stories - Art - You) is a project for and by youth and young adults with experience of migration. We want to learn from each other, share our experience, knowledge and express questions important to us through various artistic forms. Through for example art exhibitions, films, theater plays, and/or blogs, S.A.Y. is questionning which stories and voices are seen and heard in the society.

Nowadays, everyone has some kind of mobile device that allows the user to record audio-video files. We sometimes film our favourite band, friends partying wildly or our memories from holidays, but we are definitely not fully using this potential mobile devices offer to us. With smart-phones, tablets or other simillar devices always in our pockets, everyone can become a filmmaker very easily with no or just very little costs. Moreover, thanks to social media, gaining audience is not a big rpoblem either. Creating films is not only an artistic practice. Short videos can serve for empowering individuals and communities, for educational purposes, as a means of research in academic sphere, in social work etc. Short mobile films can be made by people across the professional and discipline spectrum serving their individual and professional goals or needs. Through various workshops, Film Pocket Films aims to make participants explore their mobile devices as a film-making tool which they can use in their personal and professional lifes, to use their full potential in terms of visuality and creativity.Work tasks:Developing and executing mobile-phone filmmaking workshops for various customers:-focused on filming techniques, storytelling and video editingCreation and editing of short videos (documentaries, promotional videos, ...) for various audiencesBusiness developmentDefining project idea and project directionsCommunication with customers, networking

FoTA is a politically and religiously free, non-profit and non-governmental organisation founded in Sweden in June 2013. Its vision is to bridge young people in Scandinavia and the Balkans, to support and empower youth in these two regions through strengthening and increasing their cooperation, to promote mutual awareness, knowledge and curiosity between Scandinavia and the Balkans, and to support local projects and organisations in the Balkans, all this within the framework of sustainable social and community development.Tasks include:- writing grant applications for development projects, youth exchanges and organisation administration- preparing, planning and executing workshops on various topics (body language, non-violent communication, project PR and promotion)- long-term planning of the organisation´s directions and mission- searching for partners within the two regions- coordination of bigger projects (one to two-weeks exchanges)- evaluation, writing reports
