In order to give the best possible experience to the customer, it's important that I carefully listen to the customer and their wishes. Challenging situations must be taken care of immediately. As a waitress, even though the day is busy, my job is to give every customer an enjoyable moment at the restaurant. Additionally, I have to be extremely organized and prioritize my every action.

Good communication and team work skills were essential in my daily work. I worked in customer service, mainly on the phone. Customer service situations varied from meeting a grieving relative to happy baptism and wedding reservations. I was daily in contact with the parishes on a number of questions related to reservations.I have worked at Espoon seurakuntayhtymä previously, from May 2016 to February 2019.

My job description was very diverse and the days rarely the same. I took care of the travel and meeting arrangements and prepared both the minutes of the meetings and the trade register notices. I was in charge of legalizing documents and served as the Privacy Officer for Dupont's Finnish operations. On a day-to-day basis I oversaw the smooth running of the office through several office support tasks. I handled various invoices (normal and travel) as well as managed payment orders in SAP. My work required daily contact with the invoice payment centre abroad and Dupont's other offices both domestically and abroad. Additionally, I was the contact person for travel agencies and courier services. I organised events and took care of HR-related matters.
