Work closely with senior business partners across Benevity to assist in the development of annual budgets, monthly forecasting and financial plans that align with strategic business objectives. Directly support executive team in strategic initiatives, ROIs, budget management and long term planning.Provide support for forecast adjustments through on-going analysis of risks and offsets while also addressing business and financial constraints. Deliver consistent and reliable variance analysis of the company’s financial, people and operational data to inform and educate decision making at the highest levels.Contribute detailed financial information on business units to our long-term modeling effort, producing high quality insight and analysis of our financial future to the Board and Executive. Provide intelligence and strategic business support to help facilitate decision making processes for key business and ad hoc analysis such as: people planning, cost efficiency strategies, capital investment alternatives, currency sensitivities, scenario analysis, as well as other growth-related initiativesSupport the development and monitoring of financial and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and regularly provide performance updates to senior leadership.

Negotiated credit agreements, term loan and hedging agreements. Forecasted cash flows on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis including annual cash flow budgeting. Managed credit facility reporting, covenant tracking and operational use of cash vs. debt. Owned all banking relationships for Benevity, Inc. and our foundation partners, insurance contact and renewal manager, as well as being a primary contact for investor, board and executive requests in regards to performance against budget. Produced weekly, monthly, quarterly investor reporting and board packages.

Primary contact for all client related financial inquiries. Managed communications between finance and internal/external stakeholders. Provided knowledge and guidance as to how we can ensure financial operations run smoothly. Assisted with our monthly invoicing process, worked within monthly operations cycle, worked on client implementations and innovated with development teams on financial related improvements.
