Skills:- I have University education and field training in Marketing, holding four titles as (1) trained Administrative Assistant, (2) Bachelor in Public Management, with focus on Marketing and (3) Master in Marketing and Channel Management (4) ongoing second M. Sc. in Business Computing (Deadline 09/2024). - I over 10 years work experience in Project Management, IT, Requirements Management and Marketing.- My main achievements include development of the service app (product owner) as well as the development and management of the business analysis team in customer service at m-net.- Three years of leadership experience (Business Analytics). - I have organized a large number of events in leading roles, including the Summer Celebration of the German Consulate General in Shanghai (2016 and 2017), the Berlin Open Air Music Festival “Resist to Exist” with ca. 2000 visitors (2004 – 2012), as well as ca. 50 small events (<50 persons) for Rotary International, Finetech GmbH and Berliner Tafel e.V.- I also have experience in Processmanagement at M-net. Self-motivation and ambition:- I am very motivated to improve myself. In particular, I have worked my way up from a low education background to a Master degree at one of the top ranked German Universities and now finishing my second Master degree this year. Furthermore, I have self-financed my education through continuous jobs alongside my studies. - I am hard working and able to perform well in high-pressure environments.
