I started Sphere in 1998 with expertise in solutions architecture, designing, managing and implementing business software systems.The company has now progressed into the change management arena. Specifically when implementing software systems where people are driven out of their comfort zones leading to high project failure rates and slow adoptions. Our experience has made us perfectly placed to analyse business processes, assist with increasing business performance and growth utilising staff and/or systems. Sometimes the slickest systems will not get the best from your business as quickly as your staff might.
